Shipping

All new customer purchases over $200 must be verified with proper photos of the customer’s ID as well as the card used for purchase before we can process the shipment. Once verified, orders will be shipped to the address inputted for delivery and will include a required signature confirmation for delivery. No exceptions. If a package is returned to us due to non-acceptance or having an insufficient address, we will apply a 50% restocking fee if a reshipment fee is not paid to reship the package to you. Initial shipping fees will not be returned.

 

Delivery times are based on the distance from our Houston, Texas location.

 

Order Processing

We ship orders Mon - Fri before 3pm. Our order processing times vary from 1-5  days for small orders to 1-2 Weeks for Custom Orders that Require Printing Services (Depending on the quantity).

Delivery: 

3-5 Days Delivery for (FC) First Class Shipping: This method is only used for small orders which are valued at less than $50. 

USPS 1-3 Days Delivery: Up to three (3) business days. Priority Shipping is insured up to $50 and will have a signature added to confirm the delivery of your package.

Address Errors: It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct address during checkout, track their package during transit, reschedule missed deliveries (You will need to claim your package before the automatic return period), and to be available at the time of delivery for a successful delivery. 

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also sign up for update alerts/ emails until your order has been delivered. Once your shipping label is purchased, the shipping fees are non-refundable. Orders that are shipped out, can not be cancelled. 

Sorry, we do not take responsibility if USPS delays the delivery of your package as it is 100% out of our company’s control. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 – 4 days for the tracking information to show updates. In some rare cases the tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time, if you've tracked the order, spoke with your local post courier, and the package has not arrived. You can track the status of your package at the ‘Track & Confirm” page of the USPS website.

 

Order Cancellations

We do not allow order cancellations. Wholesale/ Bulk Packages are non-refundable, and non-returnable. All wholesale/ bulk packages are special orders, so you will not be able to cancel your order after it is placed. Lost/ Stolen or Missing Packages
All packages will be insured and will include a signature confirmation for a successful delivery. If a package is confirmed loss by the USPS shipping courier we will file a claim to secure the total value/ amount of your purchase.
Our company is not responsible, nor are we liable for any orders that are missing after a confirmed delivery, left unclaimed or sent to an incorrect shipping address (inputted by you). Any orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping courier will be considered delivered.
